Rebecca (sometimes called Bex) is a second year girl in the 2018 intake. She is sponsored by Bella. She is in a relationship with Faye (and the two are involved in the larger polyamorous circle between the rest of their cohort). [SD 35] Bex is originally only Faye's private nickname for her, [SD 9] but it eventually spreads to wider usage throughout the Hall by the beginning of 2020. [SD 35]
She speaks in a clear, high-pitched voice. [SD 10]
Rebecca is planning on pursuing a career as an accountant. [SD 9]

First year
Rebecca seems to have made fairly quick progress through the programme, moving at a faster pace than Mia [SD 32] and helping Faye unlearn her internalized transmisogyny. [SD 35] She also seems to have made an early start at voice training; her voice is more developed than Faye's by the end of 2019. [SD 10]
Second year
As a second year, Rebecca spends much of her time in a group with the rest of her intake learning to prepare meals, exercising, and presenting themselves for regular inspections, as well as other duties such as cleaning up after parties [SD 32] and generally acting as gofers for more senior girls and staff. The full intake occasionally has sleepovers together as a group. [SD 26]
The 2018 intake has only completely moved out of the basement within the last two months by the end of October 2019 [SD 9] and each of them are only "at most six-ish months into their identification as women" by the beginning of 2020. [SD 37]
Rebecca has told Faye that she feels like a girl, but Faye isn't sure "if she’s serious or just trying to convince herself". [SD 9]
When Shahida arrives at Saints in December and starts snooping around for Melissa, Bella enlists Faye and Rebecca to go on foot across campus to retrieve Christine; it is at least half a year earlier than most second years are allowed out of the Hall. The two arrive shaken up but without major incident, though they do experience being heckled by men for the first time. [SD 23]
