Bella is both familiar with[ch. 23] and familiar to[ch. 31][ch. 32] the 2012 intake. Since she says she is "barely older than Melissa"[ch. 23], who was 18 at intake, this probably means they were both programme subjects at the same time, though most likely in different intakes.
